The Fleet Elite

As many of you know, before Eagle left he was the 1st in command for the Fleet.

After he left he left me in charge of organizing his long term goal of making "the fleet elite" where there would only be a few members in the fleet (about 7 compared to zephyr's 38).

However, what i will be doing is giving the Fleet Elite a United Nations vibe. The list of the people who were to be part of "The Fleet Elite" will be permanent members, and representatives from different communities will occasionally be invited to attend meetings etc.

BUT there will be a fee for permanent members(still in question) as to fund building the Town/building that will be used. Included with the permanent spot in the fleet elite, these select few will be given a spot in this area to establish a sort of outpost that represents their little faction/community.

As far as the non permanent members, you will be occasionally given rights to join, with a smaller fee, but it will not last forever and will not entitle you as many liberties as the actually Fleet Elite. If a non-permanent member wishes to become a full time member, DON'T pester anyone to make you one; simply mention it to one of us and we will have a majority vote to deem you worthy.(seeing as the fleet elite is entirely democratic)
